Save

Save versions, update them and open them on other devices.

StudioSide

Prepared a song for practice? Save your settings so you can return to the same loops, clips and adjustments later. You can do this for a song you use in Studio.

Save

  1. Open the song in the side panel and click Save beside its title.
  2. Sign in with Google if asked.
  3. Name your practice version, choose a list if you wish and confirm.

Find the song under Saved in your library.

Update or make another version

Already saved the song? Choose Update existing to replace that version. Choose Save as new for a separate version, such as slow practice and full speed. Both belong to the same Studio song.

Changes are not continuously saved automatically. Make your adjustments before opening Save: the window saves the settings as they were when it opened.

You save the practice settings, not the audio or video file. See saving to your account for using them on another device.

On other devices

Save keeps your practice settings in your Transpose account. Sign in with the same account on another device to find them again.

What comes with you

Saved markers, clips, notes, tuning and sound adjustments stay with your song. Choose Save again to keep later changes.

What you need on the other device

The music itself is not transferred. An online video or song must still be available. For your own file, choose that file again on the other device and allow the browser to open it.

Prepared vocal and instrument parts and analysis results are not transferred either. Transpose can prepare them again on the other device.

Recent is the history on this device. To keep something deliberately, use Save. Your side-panel layout is saved separately through browser sync.
