Settings

Appearance, language, controls and storage preferences.

Open Settings from the Transpose window or side panel. Choose how Transpose looks and how you control it.

  • Choose Light, Dark or your system setting.
  • Choose the interface language and, if you wish, a different language for musical terms.
  • Decide whether Transpose remembers adjustments.
  • Show or hide the songbar in the Transpose window.
  • Open Transpose Player for your own file or an online song. You can also enable Always open in Player here.
  • Enable shortcuts to control the music with your keyboard.

Help contains the guide, tour and what is new. To start again or free up space, check what the different reset buttons do.

Studio

  • Mouse-wheel control: change values by scrolling over a control.
  • Custom shortcuts and MIDI: assign actions to keys or your controller.
  • Seek interval: choose how far Backward and Forward jump in Transport.
  • Low Latency: favour a quick response over sound quality. This option is unavailable when Formant has been adjusted.

StudioSide

  • Scenes: manage your Side layouts.
  • Music analysis: install and manage the analysis tools.
